Tap a tile to select it (its inline highlight lights up). Tap it again on the right half to turn clockwise, or on the left half to turn anti-clockwise. A large ↔ flip button appears in the lower-left only for asymmetric/flippable tiles. Drag anywhere to slide the selected tile; the highlight glows green where it fits.
